By visiting our website, requesting a quotation, contracting custom software services, or enrolling in any CodeUnion Academy training course, you enter into a legally binding agreement with CodeUnion Software and agree to comply with these terms, all applicable laws, and regulations in the United Republic of Tanzania.
Course Delivery: Courses offered by CodeUnion Academy (including the Vibe Coding Crash Course) are delivered as live interactive online masterclasses via secure video platforms, interactive code repositories, and collaborative instructor channels.
Seat Reservation and Capacity: Submitting an enrollment form generates a pending reservation. Your seat is confirmed only upon successful verification of full tuition payment or an approved corporate sponsorship agreement.
Curriculum and Learning Materials: All course lecture slides, starter kits, project prompts, source code templates, and documentation provided are proprietary to CodeUnion Software and licensed exclusively for the enrolled student's personal educational use. Unauthorized redistribution, resale, or commercial broadcasting of course recordings or materials is strictly prohibited.
Code of Conduct: Students are expected to maintain professional integrity, respectful interaction in live classes and community channels, and adhere to anti-harassment standards. CodeUnion Software reserves the right to terminate student access without refund for severe violations.
Authorized Payment Methods: Tuition fees are payable in Tanzanian Shillings (TZS) via verified Mobile Money operators (M-Pesa, Mixx By Yas, Airtel Money, Halopesa) or major Credit/Debit Cards (Visa, Mastercard) processed through our secured financial gateway.
Digital Receipts: Upon successful transaction confirmation, the system generates an official, tamper-proof digital receipt containing a unique reference number and a scannable QR verification code.
Price Integrity: Tuition prices listed on the course enrollment page are all-inclusive of instructor mentorship, practical project evaluations, course resources, and graduation certification.
Student Withdrawal Before Cohort Start: If a student requests cancellation at least 5 business days prior to the cohort's official commencement date, a full refund (minus standard third-party payment gateway transaction processing fees) or a free transfer to a subsequent cohort will be provided.
Post-Commencement Policy: Once live classes have commenced and access to proprietary curriculum and code repositories has been provisioned, tuition fees are non-refundable. However, students experiencing unforeseen emergencies may request a one-time cohort deferral.
Course Rescheduling by CodeUnion: In the rare event that a cohort date is rescheduled or canceled by CodeUnion Software, enrolled students will receive the option of an immediate 100% full refund or priority placement in the rescheduled cohort.
An official CodeUnion Academy Certificate of Completion is awarded to students who satisfy attendance criteria (minimum 80% attendance in live masterclass sessions) and successfully submit their assigned capstone projects for instructor code review. Certificates include digital verification identifiers.
For custom software development, cloud infrastructure, and consulting projects, detailed scope of work, deliverables, milestone payments, source code ownership, and warranties are governed by individualized written contracts and signed Service Level Agreements (SLAs).
All trademarks, service marks, logo designs, curriculum frameworks, website content, and software platforms are the exclusive property of CodeUnion Software.
These Terms shall be governed by and interpreted in accordance with the substantive laws of Tanzania. Any disputes shall be resolved amicably through consultation, failing which they shall be submitted to the competent courts of Dar es Salaam, Tanzania.
